Tech 2 outcomes or equivalent field experience, including evidence-based diagnosis and recovery verification.

  • Investigate unclear faults, faults that come and go, and shared causes.
  • Coordinate controlled changes and prevent recurrence.
  • Teach diagnostic reasoning and evaluate observed performance fairly.
